Fairly clean accommodation, outstandingly helpful and responsive staff with prompt service at a reasonable price. Quiet location near to the historic center, centre and a safe parking, and the petrified falls. Also, close to the central square.

The food for breakfast was fabulous. Great and stunning location, it was very close to the main square and easy walking distance, the centre of San Cristóbal de las Casas and the center of town, maybe 4 blocks. The provided service was excellent! The check in was early, the staff was outstandingly accommodating and superfriendly.

The room was well-kept and tastefully decorated and complete with the shower, a comfy bed plus the best view + convenience, I had everything needed. The morning breakfast was savoury and extraordinary with warm bread, Jam plus a view of the hills. No complains at all, the venue met all required needs.

I recently stayed at a charming hotel in San Cristobal and it was a fantastic choice. Parador Margarita impressed me with its beautiful, clean rooms and excellent service. The breakfast provided was delicious, with the option to add extra orders at a reasonable price. One of the highlights was the secure parking lot right across the street from the hotel, making it convenient for travelers with cars. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the main tourist attractions but far enough to enjoy a peaceful and quiet stay. I would definitely recommend Parador Margarita and would love to visit again.

Our room at Parador Margarita was spacious and comfortable, providing great value for the price. The staff were accommodating and promptly addressed any issues we had, such as noise disturbance from construction. The little restaurant and bar on-site were convenient, and the peaceful garden area was a lovely spot to relax. I highly recommend this hotel for a fabulous stay in San Cris!
